A: The web site migration service that our company is offering is free of cost (within a certain limit). We’ll move your website(s) to our avant–garde cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from experience that switching hosting providers can lead to lost information and unwanted downtime. For this reason, we will perform all that for you for free!We have accomplished administrators whose primary responsibility is to ensure that your website functions precisely as it did on your previous hosting platform. The administrators are experts in migrating custom–made web sites, as well as web sites that are based on well–known applications like Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: While we can’t give you an exact time interval, since there are a lot of factors, among them the physical size of the web files and databases, the physical location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will give our very best to move your site within 48h, and in certain cases – within 24h (if the website content is not large).

A: Yup. We will need the name of the website that you’d like us to move. We’ll also need a way to log in to your present web hosting account so that we can get the content pertaining to your website.

A: Client privacy is one of our fundamental priorities – because of this, both our payment transaction page and our Control Panel login page are protected with enterprise–grade Secure Sockets Layer certificates. A: No. Your website will remain fully operational during the migration. As soon as everything is done on our end, we’ll let you know so that you can preview it and check for any problems. If everything is okay, all you will need to do is change your domain’s DNS settings.

A: Nope. We will never get in touch with your web hosting provider about anything. They won’t be aware of the website transfer either.

A: We support all Linux–based web hosting platforms. In essence, if we can obtain access to your Control Panel, we’ll be able to transfer your web site.The only platforms that we don’t support are closed–source website management platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
