An auto-responder email is an e-mail which is sent back immediately to everyone who sends an email to a mailbox with this option activated. The senders will get the automatic reply the moment their messages are received and you will not have to a single thing by hand. A couple of instances of using auto-responder messages are sending a validation that a payment has been received and also the order is being prepared or that a person is on a break and will not be available for a particular time frame. In the first situation the function is enabled permanently, while in the second one it's temporary. Setting up an auto-responder e-mail will take you only a few clicks if you are using a cloud hosting with our company. You can do this in the Emails section of our in-house developed Hepsia Control Panel where you can view your email addresses available in alphabetical order. You can pick an email and click the auto-responder button or just right-click and pick the option in the context menu which will pop up. All you have to do is to type in the text which you want to be sent as an automated reply and save the change. You'll be able to enter any text you want and updating or removing the auto-responder feature can be just as easy. From the same part of the Control Panel you can keep track of which accounts have the feature enabled and which do not.
Auto-responder Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you decide to host your domains in a semi-dedicated server account with us, you'll be able to create an auto-responder to any e-mail that you make in the Emails section of your Hepsia Hosting Control Panel. All email addresses which you have will be listed in alphabetical order within this section and for each one of them you will notice a small "Auto-responder" icon. To enable the option, click on the icon for a selected email address, type in the message that you would like people to get as the reply to their email messages, then save the change. You will be able to change or remove this text at any time following the exact same steps.
